Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Shipping

 

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS, typically within 1–5 business days of receiving your order. Larger bulk shipments may be sent via freight carrier depending on weight and destination.

 

All shipments are F.O.B. Shipping Point—once your order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We’ll provide tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

We take pride in our packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please inspect it immediately and contact us within 5 days of delivery.

 

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email Jeremy@kimptonshoneyfarms.com each of the following:

 

• Photos of the damage

• Photo of the shipping label

• Your order number

 

 

We’ll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges

 

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for eligible items.

​

Items not eligible for returns:

Due to the nature of our product, food items (including honey) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. When product is delivered, please inspect. If incorrect or damaged please contact us via email at jkimpton4@gmail.com.

 

Items eligible for return:

Non food (beeswax goods). Lip balms, candles, scented wax melts, leather balm...

Returned items must be in unused, like-new condition. A restocking fee may apply depending on the item and reason for return.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

 

Order Cancellations

 

Orders canceled after shipment must be returned to us before a refund can be issued. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order.
